About Me
Originally from Manasquan Park, Jersey, I moved to Florida as a child when my father retired from his Lieutenant position with FDNY, back in the 70's! We moved to a golf course property located near the Florida coast and hence, I developed a lifelong appreciation for golf course and waterfront properties. I began investing in properties back in 1995 and have enjoyed my very active role of owner landlord on several properties since.
It was in 2005, I became a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, and in 2014 earned my Florida Real Estate Broker's license and started my own small boutique brokerage firm. Real estate opens not only the door to sellers and buyers who have a specific change or life goal in mind, it also enhances the lives of the professionals who are entrusted to work with these sellers and buyers. The experience and relationships forged through these alliances have left an indelible mark on me personally and professionally.
The canvas of my professional experience, includes and is certainly not limited to... listing and selling residential homes built on agricultural acreage, oceanfront beach condos, golf course frontage properties, chain of lakes and lakefront properties, downtown condominiums, conservation view condominiums, and gated residential community homes.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, antiquing at fabulous estate sales throughout our beautiful state of Florida, and spending time with my growing family!
