About Me
A Real Estate Professional since 2006, Dara has experience in multiple market areas as a top producer. She has had extensive training in Real Estate and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS). Dara also has experience in the luxury market.
Dara attended the University of Maine and has an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Through education and training she has developed valuable skills in communicating effectively, negotiating, marketing, staging advice and has a mastery of the home buying and selling process. Dara will work diligently to represent your interests whether you are buying or selling. She is detailed-oriented, results driven, knowledgeable and highly motivated.
In 2017 Dara moved back to the Cape where she has a strong family history. After spending some time living in Ohio, Dara is thrilled to be back. She is passionate about the Cape lifestyle and that passion is infectious. She loves to share her insight while working with people both familiar and new to the Cape. Dara is sensitive to your needs and committed to your satisfaction.
In her free time Dara enjoys spending time with her adult children, her family, and her close group of friends. She enjoys tennis, Pilates, hiking, and going to the beach/boating to name a few things. She has a special interest in working in the community with victims of domestic violence and has volunteered in Women’s Shelters, acted as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children and sat on the Board of Directors for a Mental Health Center.
