Danielle Gipson, a Chicago, IL native has been a Springfield, IL resident for 10 years and is no stranger to the struggles of real estate. Serving as a REALTOR at RE/MAX Professionals for 5 years now, she has helped numerous families successfully purchase affordable homes and sale their homes quickly for top dollar!
Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Danielle was a mortgage loan underwriter and home preservation specialist II for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over 5 years helping homeowners receive loan payment modifications, short sales, or deed-in-lieu of foreclosures in order to avoid foreclosure on their homes. This experience allows her to successfully walk clients through the process of buying or selling real estate while also giving advice and tips on ways to purchase a home you can afford and how to maintain your mortgage to avoid foreclosure on your home after your purchase.
