About Me
Daniel Salmons epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and leadership in every detail of your real estate transaction. Daniel grew up in northeast Ohio and worked in Fine Dining as a Sous Chef through college. He has continued rising early into leadership roles and has since built a successful career in real estate for over 18 years in the Akron area. He has been managing offices for the past 12 years and has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, builder/developers, and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.
Dan is a family man with a devotion to God, and his two beautiful children. He is an avid musician beginning at the age of 4 and continues to play in his church Worship Orchestra with his children and collaborates with local musicians! An athlete by nature, in the Spring, Summer, and Fall he is an extreme runner and cyclist- completing 11 full marathons, several half marathons, 2 triathlons, and countless miles of cycling all over Ohio. He continually challenges himself by maintaining a 6-8 mi/day running regiment while lifting weights in the gym 6 days a week!
Daniel has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Brian Buffini, Mike Ferry, and Floyd Wickman, He is on top of the current market trends and teaches, coaches, mentors, and trains his agents in his 8-office company. Daniel uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. He utilizes teamwork with cooperative agents to initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close.
