Cristina is a full-time Realtor, working with buyers & sellers. The marketing aspect of her job is critical and she employs top notch Real Estate photographers to bring out the best in every home she lists. She knows that pictures, video and staging sells homes. Cris enjoys meeting new clients & developing strong friendships that last...Her past clients know they can always call on her with any questions, be it for a local home repairmen or a current price analysis. With Buyers, she enjoys finding out exactly what "home" means to them, whether it be a condo or a ranch.
Cristina is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Guild member with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialist and a designated Professional Organizer & Stager, a member of NAPO, National Association of Professional Organizers. She has earned many top awards in her 16 year career including the coveted Hall of Fame award.
Cristina specializes in Ranch & Equestrian properties as she is an equestrian herself living on a ranch. with She has a keen understanding of the complexities involved from wells & septic systems to zoning, boundaries, barns and arena footing to insure safe riding. She also specializes in Luxury homes and beach properties having grown up in La Jolla.
Born in the Northeast and moving to San Diego as a young child, Cris is proud to consider herself a Native San Diegan. She lives on a beautiful ranch in the back country of North San Diego with her husband, quarter horses and her sweet cattle dog Bubba.
When she's not working she enjoys hiking, riding trails, ranch sorting and spending precious time in New England every spring and fall with her son who lives in the Boston area. She calls Marblehead, MA her second home and Nantucket her happy place!
