Clare Moran has quickly established herself among the preeminent realtors in Nevada County. In early 2022 she was named to the Top Producers Masters Club for Nevada County and also invited into the exclusive RE/MAX 100% Club. Tenacious, resourceful, and well-connected, Clare has broad experience as both a Buyer’s and a Sellers Agent and is accredited by the National Association of Realtors as a Buyers Representative.

Clare succeeds at selling the Nevada County lifestyle because she lives it. She’s an avid kayaker, paddleboarder, and a member of the Nevada County Yacht Club (yes, we have one!).
When she’s not on the water, you can find her running one of the western county’s tree-lined trails with her English Setter, Georgie. As a proud mother of two, she donates her time to the Parent Council and chairs the Fundraising Committee of her kid’s elementary school.
