As a third generation Jacksonville native Christy knows Jacksonville's diverse real estate market and the charming neighborhoods that make up this great city she calls home. Christy has always been infatuated with real estate, from architecture to design. After a successful career in banking she was ready to follow her passion Real Estate. She worked with her father and learned the Computer Automated Design (CAD) program to assist him in his business. Being around the office, Christy quickly learned about the Florida Building Code, building procedures and it's many compliance issues.. She became licensed and as they say "the rest is history." Christy has valuable knowledge in every aspect of the home buying/building and selling process. She loves talking real estate and sharing her knowledge.
