Cheryl Watson has been a licensed and active Realtor since June 24, 1977 and has provided quality, professional real estate service to hundreds of clients. Cheryl specializes in representing Buyers purchase property and Sellers list and sell their homes for maximum net proceeds in the Greater South Bay Area. With Cheryl’s background, knowledge, and experience in selling homes, especially Probate and Trust Sales, she is able to guide Sellers in preparing their homes for sale. Cheryl educates clients about the real estate process and personally assists them so that they will feel comfortable making decisions that are best for their specific situation.
Since 1995, Cheryl has served as a Notary Public which is a helpful asset in Real Estate transactions. She is capable of notarizing deeds, loan documents, and other paperwork that needs to be completed for her clients.
