Cheryl is a dedicated professional with RE/MAX Foxfire serving The Villages, Florida and surrounding areas, focusing on residential real estate. Cheryl specializes in Senior Communities working with Buyers and Sellers on their primary residences, second homes, investment properties and 1031 Exchanges. She enjoys assisting and negotiating on her customers behalf, to assist in meeting their real estate goals. She is responsive, professional, and committed to each transaction. Working with Trusts; Powers of Attorney; Personal Representatives; Life Estates/Remainderman; Charitable Gifts of Real Estate and Probate are common components--based on her specialty. She also helps simplify the transaction and communicates next steps with her customers along the way. Depending on circumstances, you may be overwhelmed with the thought of selling and/or moving. Cheryl will assist with the logistics and coordinate with her vendor partners, whether it be Estate Sales, Moving Companies, Donations, Clean Out/Haul Away, House Cleaning, Landscapers, etc. to get the job done.
