About Me
My name is Cheryl Eslinger and I am excited and proud to be a Re/Max Anchor Realtor!
My interest in real estate began many years ago when I lived in Northern Virginia. I practiced real estate for a couple of years. Due to life events I found myself on a different path, but in the back of my mind I always had the desire to return when the time was right. My interest grew when I bought and sold my personal first home and my second home. I experienced the challenge of the journey and the joy of being handed the keys to my home and the emotional roller coaster of selling a home I loved and buying the next home, I also loved. Now as I enter back into real estate, I am excited to walk with my customers on their journey to sell and buy their homes.
I moved to the Florida from Virginia after retiring from education, where I served as a school psychologist for close to 30 years. As a psychologist my professors, supervisors, colleagues, parents and friends often described me as kind and respectful, passionate in my role, determined, someone who listens well and takes initiative, a problem-solver, calm and patient. I view myself as a commonsense person who strives to do my best and recognize the individual needs of others. One of my assets is the ability to anticipate and follow through to avoid unnecessary stress. Stress is part of life, but unnecessary stress is just time consuming. Communication, including active listening, analysis, reviewing options, problem-solving, marketing and negotiation, is essential to a successful outcome and is my number one mantra assisting buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
As your realtor, it would be my pleasure and honor to assist you to sell your home or to buy a home, whether your very first home, beautiful dream home, relaxing vacation home and/or second home investment.
