About Me

Carrie Klein Perkins is a second generation Realtor with over 27 years of experience. Carrie’s mother and business partner, Virginia Klein, has been a Broker for more than 60 years and, together, they have spent the last 39 years as part of the RE/MAX family. Carrie took her first RE/MAX balloon ride at 8 years old, the same age Carrie’s daughter Halie took her first ride decades later.

Creativity is Carrie’s way of being in the world. She sees the magic in every home, and no detail escapes her eye. She helps buyers envision future transformations and discover intrinsic value. For builders, she transforms garden variety plans into bold, striking visions - then brings them to life digitally. Never one to lean into trends, Carrie’s projects stand out and often spark new trends in the area, which means she’s constantly reinventing. Her luxury listings are infused with emotive imagery, distinctive copywriting, and a bespoke lifestyle video, produced, directed, and (often) edited by Carrie. Nothing makes her happier than when colleagues, clients, or friends reach out to say, “I knew that listing was yours before I ever saw your name.”

Proud to represent The RE/MAX Collection at the Inman Golden “I” Awards in 2022, Carrie and her team won “Best Sales And Marketing Campaign For A Luxury Development.” This is luxury real estate's highest honor, accepted with immense gratitude.
