I have been a resident of Longmont for 33 years. I raised 3 wonderful children here and I believe Longmont to be an excellent place to call home, work and raise a family. I have worked in Longmont as a nurse and this experience gives me the confidence to be your advocate in real estate.
Born and raised in the Bay Area of California, I watched the place where I grew up become the Silicone Valley.
I have watched similar growth in Boulder County and the surrounding area. The one fact remains for both places....Real Estate is an excellent investment. It will have its ups and downs but, if you situate yourself to be able to “ride out” the storms, there is so much opportunity to position yourself for success in the real estate market.
