About Me
Brooks and his family are residents of Pleasant Prairie. He is originally from just across the border in Illinois. He and his wife crossed the “cheddar curtain” in 2008, when they were expecting their first-born child. They chose Pleasant Prairie because of the small town feel with the conveniences of a larger town (the home prices and taxes were more of a value than the state they came from, too). Lisa Fabiano sold them their first house. Since then (and with the addition of another child), they moved again, remaining in Pleasant Prairie. They used Lisa again because of her professionalism and dedication during their first purchase.
Brooks was in the mortgage business for 7 years before becoming a firefighter/ paramedic. Brooks retired from the fire department in 2017. Since then, he has enjoyed being a stay-at-home dad. Now that his children are older and more independent, he is ready to start a new chapter in his life. When he saw Lisa was hiring, he was excited for the opportunity to join such a great team. He is looking forward to bringing his dedication and service to the Fabiano Group and working with/learning from one of the industry leaders that he respects.
Brooks is/was a dedicated public servant, hoping to improve other people’s lives as he did as a firefighter. He has an attention to detail and a strong belief in customer service. He is looking forward to bringing the pride of home ownership to our clients, as he felt with the purchase of his first house.
