Hey there! I'm Brooke Johnson, and have I got a story to share with you! Growing up on a small pig farm in rural Iowa, my real estate journey started with a twist of fate when my dad's farm accident led our family down a new path of real estate.
Watching my parents transform our lives through real estate, I naturally followed suit, starting out selling homes alongside my dad. I later delved into property management and corporate relocation management for over two decades. In my role managing corporate relocations, I honed vital skills in communication, transparency, and process management. Working closely with top real estate agents, appraisers, and inspectors, I learned firsthand the importance of providing comfort and support during significant life transitions.
In recent years, my primary focus has shifted towards home renovations. Alongside my husband, a proficient Class A contractor, and myself as a Class C contractor in Omaha, we excelled in transforming kitchens and bathrooms, working closely with homeowners on design and project oversight.
I then returned to my roots, where my dad initially introduced me to the real estate world, as a full-time licensed Realtor. This is where my passion thrives—helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams.
