Breanna is a 2nd generation REALTOR® & local native to Georgia who serves in the surrounding communities of the Metro Atlanta Area - including Cobb, Paulding, Cherokee, Bartow, Fulton, Douglas & Carroll Counties. She is your neighborhood real estate expert who has deep knowledge about the market and area.
Breanna grew up in the Real Estate Industry as she watched her mom, Julie Fogard, grow and flourish in the profession. In 2018, Breanna decided to follow in her mom's footsteps, and became a licensed Real Estate Agent. Breanna and Julie now work together as partners. Their dedication and passion to assisting buyers and sellers is the foundation of their achievements. They pride themselves with honesty and integrity, while building lasting relationships with their clients. Having a strong desire to serve people, Breanna loves that her career allows her to be a part of some of "life's biggest moments" for her clients.
