About Me
Originally from Michigan, I moved eight times before meeting my husband. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of traveling around the United States with him in support of his military career—and then moving another 10 times. With each move I became more and more adept at carving out resources, making new connections, and settling-in—so much so that it became second nature.
Upon my husband’s retirement from the Navy, it was time for him to return to his roots in Arizona. After living in Phoenix and Tucson for a couple of years, we decided it was time to move again, and knew we wanted to raise our two young children somewhere with a strong sense of community, beautiful four seasons—just like I had growing up in Michigan—, and endless outdoor activities. Show Low was exactly what we were looking for, and we found a quality of life that really suits our family.
