I found my passion for all things real estate while navigating the ups and downs of buying and selling my own home. I saw firsthand the frustrations and injustices that many young people face when taking their first steps into homeownership. Motivated and driven by the experiences, I got my license to help others navigate the complex world of real estate.
Now servicing both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I specialize in residential properties but also have extensive experience with investment/rental properties. Having been a homeowner myself both before and after the 2006 housing crash, I understand the real estate process from the agent's as well as the consumer's perspective. I work primarily with first-time home buyers and those building towards their financial independence. I love empowering through education and guidance, and making it a fun time. Today's market presents challenges like high prices, low inventory, and exclusionary practices. There is so much more than just looking at numbers – I make it my goal every day to dig deep into market conditions in order to build a full picture of what’s going on. I’ll stay up-to-date on the latest real estate trends through continuing education and seminars, and I regularly keep my social media feeds active with posts of local listings and sales updates, as well as my own tips, tricks, and pieces of advice. I run a website chock full of educational resources for both buyers and sellers and provide my unique perspectives on the industry in my very own weekly blog.
Outside of work, I am an avid consumer of all things horror/fantasy/sci-fi, a fan of retro video games and comic/cosplay conventions, a huge NFL football fan, and a lifelong cat lover.
