Welcome to Laconia, the heart of the Lakes Region! I'm thrilled to call this vibrant community home. Having grown up in Gilmanton, NH, I've cherished the beauty and warmth of this region for most of my life.
Married with two amazing adult children, family values are the foundation of my world. Real estate is not just my profession, but a true passion. I take pride in owning a short-term rental property right here in Gilmanton, ensuring others can experience the charm of this area.
As a certified private pilot since 2002, I've embraced the freedom of the skies. Summers bring me to the baseball field, where I play as part of the Granite State Baseball League. But beyond personal pursuits, my commitment to community service shines through as an active member of the Lakes Region Search and Rescue team.
In this crucial role, our team works closely with NH Fish and Game and local police departments, participating in various mountain searches and rescues. There's nothing more fulfilling than extending a helping hand when it's needed most, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community members.
In August 2022, my business partner, Shane Hayes, and I established the Integrity Group, a venture rooted in honesty and excellence. The fall of 2023 saw the welcomed addition of Emily Mulcahy to our team, further enriching our collaborative spirit.
