Having grown up in Colorado Springs, Bob has deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the local market, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make the Pikes Peak region such a desirable place to live. His clients benefit from his ability to combine market knowledge with clear communication, strategic negotiation, and steady guidance throughout every stage of the real estate process. Bob works with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Colorado Springs area, helping them navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Known for being responsive, transparent, and detail-oriented, he is committed to ensuring every client feels informed, confident, and well represented from start to finish. In addition to serving his clients, Bob is passionate about mentoring other real estate professionals. As a New Agent Trainer with RE/MAX Real Estate Group, he regularly teaches classes focused on practical business systems, negotiation strategy, and building a sustainable real estate career. Outside of real estate, Bob is a lifelong musician and performing drummer who plays with local bands throughout Colorado.
