Ashish Bhakta has made Costal Bend his home for the past 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Midwestern State University and is a graduate of Carrizo High School. Ashish epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of selling and buying transactions for his clients. Ashish started his sales habit at the age of fourteen, selling his lawn services to local neighborhoods. Ashish is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, he specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers and buyers who have previously struggled with selling their home on their own or with another agent. By making a career leap that span over 15years in selling medical device, and providing medical service, Ashish developed a love for cultivating a deal. He earned his real estate license in 2020 and wasted no time in marketing himself around Costal Bend. He has already experienced early success in acquiring real estate deal via joint venture for his business partners.
He and his wife Payal are the proud parents of two. They enjoy their quiet time as a family and enjoy spending time on the beach, playing board games and spending time together.
