About Me
I was born in Brooklyn, New York, graduated from Douglass College, Rutgers University in 1964 with a B.A. degree in Sociology. I received my teaching credential through UCLA and taught in South Central Los Angeles for eight years. Committed to making a difference in my teaching and need to be constantly challenged, my specialty was motivating disadvantaged children to want to have the language, reading, and math skills to better themselves.
I have been a REALTOR® and investor of real estate since 1979. I received my MBA from Pepperdine University in 1984. I enjoy building long term relationships, by guiding my clients to make sound, intelligent decisions based on stats and logic, using many of the business approaches and strategies I learned from experience and from my graduate work.
