What makes it even more special to me is that I have lived the American Dream myself. I was born in the Bronx where we lived in a small apartment. When I was ten years old we bought a home in Northern NJ where my parents raised me and my 3 siblings. My parents taught me that morals and values along with kindness and hard work are the only way to succeed in life.
Nine out of every ten homes I list, sell at list price or more. One-third of the homes that are purchased through me appraise for more than the purchase price.
