About Me
Ann is a US Army Veteran who became a Realtor® because she loves to help people. She is the mother of 2 wonderful adult sons, one of which is “special needs”. Ann was a Preschool Director for over 6 years employing 8-10 teachers/support staff and enjoys volunteering at her church where she is a licensed minister, and a member of the Women’s Ministry Leadership team for the Colorado/Utah district.
Whether you are buying or selling, Ann will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you, so you have the strongest possible negotiating position.
When not assisting clients, Ann enjoys spending time with her family, extended family & friends, volunteering at her church, and creating crafts to sell online and at local craft fairs.
