BrokerageThe mother-son team consisting of Marian and Gary Maggi opened Maggi Town & Country Real Estate at 344 Mountain Avenue, Berthoud, in November 1993, and built the adjoining building at 340 Mountain Avenue in 1996. During the 15 years after opening they marketed several new subdivisions, including Berthoud Heights West, Keep Subdivision, Mary’s Farm, Village Patio Homes, and Foothills Subdivision. In addition, they have marketed and sold many pre-owned homes in the Berthoud and surrounding communities, as well as a majority of the commercial properties in the Berthoud. Recognizing the value that affiliation with a major franchise would bring, Marian and Gary purchased a RE/MAX franchise in 2009.
