About Me
After a 35-year career in construction, architecture, and design, I obtained my real estate license. As a former Partner/Principal for two of the largest K-12 school architects in California, I was responsible for providing leadership and recently led the Ventura Unified School District Facilities Master Plan. Giving back to communities is my passion. I have served as a Governing School Board President, Chair of two successful GO school facility bond campaigns, and the founding member and CEO for a non-profit education foundation. I also served as a Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) Board Member, advising on local and state legislation and funding impacting all public schools in CA.
As a real estate agent, I bring a unique set of skills and experience to the table. With over 30 years of personal buying and selling experience, including self-directed IRA, 1031 exchange, and managing a 10-unit apartment building, I am well-equipped to guide clients through the real estate process. My expertise, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills will allow me to expertly guide sellers and buyers. I promote high quality and consistent communication that meets the client's needs, wants, and budget. My philosophy is simple: clients always come first.
I look forward to sharing my vision and experiences with you to prepare your home for sale or find homes to purchase that fit your needs. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, seasoned investor, or looking to downsize, I am committed to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
