About Me
Sunny started her Real Estate career in 2004 after owning and operating a very successful garment manufacturing business for 18 years. She joined RE/Max Estate Properties in 2005. Since then, Sunny has been passionately working with sellers and buyers in the field she truly enjoys, and with the company she respects.
Through education, Sunny earned an MBA with an emphasis on finance from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in marketing. All of her past seller clients have benefited from her extensive marketing background.
Buying and selling a property is a process that requires in-depth knowledge about the market, available financing, each city's specific requirements, and having a great team of professionals involved in each transaction. Sunny educates her clients on market trends and spends as much time as it takes to make sure they invest in a property that works in their best interest. Customer service and client satisfaction are the first 2 priorities on Sunny's list of daily tasks and are the key components to her success in this field.
Sunny has lived in South Bay since 1989 and has 2 children who have attended high-ranking elementary, middle, and high schools in the Palos Verdes School District. Living in PV and the South Bay all these years has helped Sunny develop in-depth knowledge about Real Estate, schools, the community, and local businesses on the gorgeous peninsula and in the many beautiful surrounding cities.
