I have been working in the Suncoast real estate market (primarily Sarasota and Manatee counties, but have also worked in Charlotte, Hillsborough, Lee, and DeSoto counties) since 2015. The last four years I have made REMAX's 100% club. I understand for many the purchase or sale of a home is likely one of the most consequential financial decisions they will make, and therefore handle all deals, large, medium, or small, with honesty and attention to detail, ensuring the client is comfortable throughout the process. Like any business, the human element is extremely important, even more so in real estate, and I base my approach on that idea.
