I am a competitive, knowledgeable and driven real estate agent as well as a code certified inspector that thrives on educating and solving client's problem and producing superior customer service. My current position involves helping trusted clients buy and sell houses as a sound real estate investment and home. With my technical background in building sciences, I enjoy consulting and educating my clients about current status of housing market in metropolitan Atlanta. My academic background is in Geology (PhD), and Geochemistry (MS). I have thought classes in geology and geochemistry and environmental forensics including indoor air quality, lead, asbestos and radon. I am an Associate Editor of Journal of Environmental Forensic and author of a number of peer reviewed geological and environmental journal articles and book chapters. With over 14 years experience in real-estate field, combined with my teaching background I am confident that I can help my client to make educated wise decision in buy and sell residential real-estate and make investment.
