I am Bellevue, Washington realtor and believe that working with an agent is not only about getting a transaction done, but also about helping people. My business philosophy is to develop a lifelong business relationship - prioritizing clients' needs, listening, and building trust with them. I collaborate with a team of experts and use the newest marketing strategies to help my clients' house to stand out from the crowd. I help buyers achieve their goals by using negotiation skills and crafting their offers to win. I am also a commercial and residential property owner, and have been a property manager for several years. I am a realtor who truly recognizes buyer's and seller's needs. I work hard to become the agent that YOU would like to be represented by over and over again in all of your real estate needs.
I was born in Taiwan and worked as a nurse before I moved to the USA. I then graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree as a second degree. My family and I have lived in Washington state for more than 15 years. I am fluent in written and spoken Chinese. I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband. I am passionate about cooking, sewing, and traveling - I love to learn about other cultures and traditions. I am here for you and I believe that by working together, we can get to what you want to accomplish in real estate.
