As a Multi-Million Dollar Producer Bill is an experienced and dedicated professional who delivers a high level of customer service that encompasses whatever his customers and clients real estate needs require. His astute attention to detail guarantees that all transactions flow seamlessly, beginning with the initial offer, thru to negotiation, and finally on to closing. Perhaps his strongest skills are that of a seasoned negotiator, having guided numerous satisfied clients successfully thru the sales and purchase process, as well as his marketing degree from the University of Florida to market and sell listed properties. Prior to earning his Real Estate license and joining Hart to Hart Real Estate, he excelled for over 15 years in retail management. Bill also worked for 10 years in the automotive industry. Bill is married to his lovely wife Evelynne, and they have 2 grown boys Avery and Andrew.
