Since most people purchase and sell property only a few times during their lives, I don't expect you to understand all the nuances involved in the real estate sales process. Instead, I will handle all the details for you. I strive for and pride myself on my level of responsiveness and its consistency. If at any time I expect there to be variation for any reason, I will explain why I might encounter a delay. I know that waiting for someone to get back to you creates uncertainty that can be anxiety-producing. I also know that the more I can reduce the anxiety involved in the home-buying process, the better. I will never, ever drop the ball while working on your behalf.
