Wendy Schaal brings a diverse and rich background to the real estate industry. Hailing from Miami, FL, Wendy holds a BA from Bard College and pursued a career in the entertainment industry in NY during her 20s. Transitioning to the healthcare field, Wendy earned a BSN from Pace University, worked as a nurse and then furthered her education at Emory University, obtaining 2 Masters degrees in Nursing and Public Health with a focus in Health Policy.
In her 30s, Wendy made significant contributions as a Nurse Practitioner, working in gastroenterology, research, clinic settings and laser hair removal. Following the joyous arrival of her daughter, Wendy embraced the role of a devoted stay-at-home mom, dedicating much of her time to volunteering at her children's schools.
Throughout the years, frequent relocations provided Wendy with firsthand experience in buying and selling homes, igniting a passion for real estate. This personal journey sparked Wendy's interest in the industry, leading her to seamlessly transition into a successful career as a real estate professional.
