Born and raised in Santiago de Chile, I have lived in Avon Lake since 2008 with my two children. Studied Interior Design and later developed in a sales career for 11 years, with the leader of the home improvement and construction industry in South America, SODIMAC S.A., where I managed and mentored successful sales teams.
Methodical, goal-oriented sales professional with a proficient global skillset and a track record of success. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to integrate design and planning along with excellent customer service to serve best interests of both the client and company. Proven leader with numerous successes within the home improvement supply/retail/distribution and Real Estate industries.
Full time realtor since 2017, my previous experience, combined with Interior Design knowledge, have facilitated me to serve clients in multiple levels, and becoming a Real Estate Consultant as much as a salesperson in this industry.
Strong experience in the Investment niche, whether to hold or to rehab, have permitted me to have a great understanding of all markets in the Cleveland Metro Area and its suburbs.
My Goal is to understand the client’s needs, keeping their best interests always top of mind. Establishing fluid relationships with Co-brokers and Industry vendors, with the objective to achieve and provide a good experience for all parties involved.
As a bilingual agent, this has permitted me to help and guide new comers get settled and find their place in Northeast Ohio.
