About Me
Troy has worked in customer service management many years for various international brands including Hilton and Alaska Airlines. As a customer service professional for more than a decade, Troy has the experience to deliver exceptionally to the needs of his clients. His overall goal is to keep his clients happy and ensure a smooth, stress-free process from beginning to end.
Troy has always had an eye for style and design. Over the past 12 years he has been a highly coveted consultant and stylist in various pageant systems across the globe including Miss USA, Miss America, and Miss World. Troy has collaborated with celebrity designers including Sherri Hill, Johnathan Kayne, Aaron Michael, and Fernando Wong. By the same token, he expanded his passion for style into home design. Early in 2022, Troy bought and flipped a condo with his own personal style.
Troy’s passion for “giving back” is undeniable. He owns the non-profit “Miss Alaska Volunteer Scholarship Organization” which provides educational scholarships to young women across the state of Alaska. Moreover, through his non-profit, he has recently partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital raising funds to ensure that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. In addition, Troy is a vocal advocate for mental health, LGBTQ+ awareness, and is actively involved in politics. Most notably, he recently served as the Director of Southeast Alaska for Senator Lisa Murkowski’s 2022 re-election campaign. In addition, Troy is on the Board of Directors of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and currently serves on the executive committee.
In his free time, Troy enjoys playing tennis, traveling, exercising, and trivia nights. He has visited 27 countries and plans to visit all 7 “Wonders of the World.” So far, he has crossed 4 off his list: The Taj Mahal, The Colosseum, The Great Wall of China, and Chichen Itza.
