Trisha (Trish') Vinz is a seasoned REALTOR® with 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry and over 350 closings in her career. She attended college at UW-Whitewater, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in General Business. After graduation, Trish moved to the Milwaukee area, where she started her career in real estate.
She quickly established herself as a top-performing REALTOR® and built a reputation for her professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. Trish is known for her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and her ability to guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process. The majority of her business takes place in Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties, in addition to Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Racine, and areas of Walworth and Dodge Counties.
Over the years, Trish has worked with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, from owner-occupant sellers to REO. She holds the following designations/certifications: GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource), AHWD (At Home with Diversity), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist).

In her free time, Trish enjoys buying and selling real estate of her own, or shopping for antiques to decorate the ones she has- always keeping an eye out for the next rehab-project or rental property!
