About Me
Tracy Helphingstine is a dynamic powerhouse of knowledge and experience with a commanding presence; authentic, genuine, intuitive, and candid. Tracy is a marketing guru and relentless negotiator, artfully facilitating each transaction with ease while fiercely protecting each clients’ interests.
Tracy brings a rarely paralleled background of industry experience along with a higher education in both Economics and Finance to the table. She grew up in both El Dorado and Sacramento Counties and was introduced to the Real Estate industry at the tender age of fifteen working a summer internship position at the El Dorado County Board of Realtors in 1988. She continued rising through the industry first in the Commercial arena encompassing Finance, Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Project Development before her ambitions to be fluent in all aspects of the industry lead her to Residential Real Estate and Lending.
Tracy is inspired by her three talented and beautiful sons, a desire to be the best at what she does, and the determination to live life to its fullest. When she's not working hard in her field, Tracy spends extensive time in community service and volunteering to charitable causes. She has been a Board Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Cultural Diversity and Fair Housing Committee and continues to be an integral part of the Internship Program Serving Los Rios Community College District through the Sacramento Association of Realtors Internship Committee since 2019 as both a Board Member and Mentor.
