About Me

Tina grew up on a dairy farm outside of Owen-Withee Wisconsin and learned the value of hard work at an early age. There were required chores every day before and after school and she still jokes around that farm kids were the only kids at school that were not happy when there was a snow day! But growing up that way taught her the value of hard work and that you get out what you put in. Tina knows that real estate is the same way. She has been a full time Realtor since 2005 and every day can bring new challenges and new rewards. If you treat people with respect and fairness, success will follow. These are the guidelines Tina works by with her clients and the reason she is successful. Tina specializes in residential real estate, whether it be first time home buyers, empty nesters, or a relocation client new to the Chippewa Valley. Tina is also an active member in the local Realtor Association. She has served on various committees and also held the positions of RANWW Board member, RANWW Treasurer in 2013, RANWW President-Elect in 2014, and RANWW President in 2015. She was voted Realtor of the Year in 2015 and is currently a member of the Multiple Listing Service Board. She is also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Tina owns and manages RE/MAX Real Estate Group office alongside her husband Jeff Theisen, who has been a full time Realtor for over 25 years. Together they handle all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. They also work together to raise 4 children. When Tina is not busy in the office, she enjoys getting away with her husband and family to explore the outdoors or attending a Wisconsin sporting event. They also enjoy traveling and finding a Green Bay Packer bar at every destination they have gone.
