The team is lead by Tim Burrell who has over 40 years experience as a Realtor, with numerous awards, so he has learned all the things that only experience can teach. While he is a full time Realtor, he is licensed as an attorney in California, so he can protect you more with his legal background. Tim is a licensed General Contractor so he understands how your home is built. Tim is an expert in negotiating who wrote "Create a Great Deal, The Art of Real Estate Negotiating" that is well respected in training Realtors to negotiate better. He also teaches negotiating classes for continuing education, so he can get you a better deal. The Team has expertise in foreclosures and short sales, so that we have access to properties that other agents cannot find. Our team uses technology to stay in touch and make our clients' transactions go smoothly.
