About Me

I'm a Portland native. I have a SHP, a Sustainable Homes Professional license and I am ADU specialist thru Energy Trust. Most of all my business is by a referral. I am USAA approved as a relocation specialist. My clients say I get results, I know the market. The Portland market area is small & I can give a great overview of our city and the greater Portland area in 1 day. This really helps you understand and break down the neighborhood areas. I love to volunteer and I have been a hole captain at the Portland LPGA thelongest running Professional golf Tournament since 1987 it started in 1975. I have written over $30,000 in grants for school grounds and parks. I organized and installed over 100 truckloads of bark chipped walking, jogging trails around the school baseball fields at Robert Gray Middle school and the adjoining the Hillsdale Dog Park. We have cleaned up the dog park for 17 years and the adjoining green space from invasive weeds and ivy and I have planted trees and flowers. I am was very involved as a volunteer in my daughter's school and community as a racquetball coach for 15 years. I was given the National Junior Racquetball coach of the year in 2011. What I love to do every other week is donate platelets for operations for people that have cancer or other auto immune issues. The platelets only last for 5 days so it is critical for the need to give. I have given over 46 gallons, over the years and I ask you to become a volunteer and join me in giving the gift of life.
