I am the Listing Specialist on the Homes Just For You Team at RE/MAX Liberty. My focus is delivering an outstanding client experience through exceptional customer service. I have 20+ years of operational management experience in the service industries. Client satisfaction means everything to me.
You’ll meet me when creating pricing strategies to position your home on the market for success. I will assist you in developing a comfortable exit strategy to best suit your needs. I will advise you on what home improvements will increase the value of your home. I will coordinate all logistics of the listing; such as photography, home staging, 3D imaging, and drafting compelling advertising copy to ensure your listing stands out above the competition… especially online. I will guide you through your personalized marketing strategy, complicated contracts and forms and the challenging negotiation process. I will help you manage home inspections, appraisals and closing. I will be your liaison to all vendors and attorneys involved.
I am a Certified Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), e-Pro Realtor, earned the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification, have achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and received the C2EX endorsement (Commitment to Excellence) through NAR. I was named “Rookie of the Year 2021” by the North Central Association of Realtors (NCMAR) in 2020 and earned a Top Producer Award for 2021 and 2022.
I grew up in Shrewsbury MA and have lived and worked in Central MA my entire life. I currently reside in Clinton MA with my wife Sarah and daughter Sophie. My family is the center of my world. I enjoy mountain biking, singing and playing guitar. I love home improvement projects. I have an A.S. degree in Cabinetry and Construction from New England Technical Institute in Warwick, RI.
