"My first job after UCF graduation was at a top-grossing advertising agency in Orlando," Terri reflects. "That sweat-shop atmosphere taught me how to prioritize, focus, and delegate as needed. It was the foundation of my ability to streamline deadline-driven contracts and effectively liaise with sellers and buyers for successful home sales."
Terri's lifestyle interests also help make her a versatile REALTOR®. "From undulating golf greens to bass-filled lakes to lively pickleball matches, having year-round choices is why I love The Sunshine State!," Terri proclaims with a smile.
Terri's hubby, Jim, illustrated and she authored a children’s hardcover picture book, "Little Rhino Has No Horn." An international medal-winner and on Florida’s DOE preferred reading list, "Little Rhino" is also an Accelerated Reading quiz. "The thrill of publishing a children’s book that educators, publishers, parents, and kids deem worthwhile and fun is immensely rewarding," Terri beams.
Terri says her favorite downtime activities include watching movies with her daughter, playing Sudoku and backgammon, plus reading poolside about hot topics and creative trends in real estate sales.
