Born and raised on the Space Coast and a lifelong resident, Theresa Friend resides here with her husband and three children and has been a resident REALTOR since 2004. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR, Theresa worked in real estate banking and private investing, which gave her a complete education regarding the financial side of real estate long before she was licensed in 2004. Theresa specializes in waterfront and luxury homes, and her experience in luxury properties has led her to earn the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. Having grown up and now raising her family locally on the water, Theresa understands and appreciates the specific needs of water enthusiasts of all kinds and can guide her clients to locations that will bring them the most joy. She also has a passion for helping veterans, retirees, and those on active duty in the military. As the spouse of a military veteran, Theresa is uniquely qualified to understand the issues military families when relocating. This dedication led her to become the third agent in Florida to receive the Florida Military Specialist designation. Theresa loves real estate and her entire career has been focused on all aspects of the business.
