Since 2004 Terry Ayers has specialized in residential real estate throughout Ventura County, California. Her passion for real estate and her compassion for what client’s experience have made her one of the top real estate professionals in Ventura County, California. Terry serves as an office manager to RE/MAX Gold Coast, Camarillo and continues as a REALTORS. Terry’s strengths lie in creatively analyzing, negotiating, marketing and problem solving. She is an excellent listener and communicator with an abundance of patience and enthusiasm. She meticulously guides clients through each step of the buying and selling process and proactively addresses concerns and questions. Terry is dedicated to her family, her office and her community. Terry and her husband Marcel reside in Camarillo, California. Together they raised her stepson and brother, who are now grown adults. When Terry is not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys her love of travel, food and wine, running ½ marathons, and hiking the local Southern California Mountain trails.
