About Me
Terri specializes in assisting individuals, investors and families achieve their real estate goals. She has built a reputation of honesty, integrity, communication, and diligence throughout every step of the real estate process and makes it a point to go above and beyond for all of her clients. Terri ensures client’s needs are being met by seeking knowledge on pricing and staging homes for sale through industry certifications like the National Association of Realtors Pricing Strategy Advisor and Staging Professional Certification. Terri has received accolades from her clients and peers for her customer service and professionalism leading to the 2021 RE/MAX Alliance Culture Icon Award. She also earned a 2022 and 2023 Denver Metro Association of Realtors Award of Excellence. This commitment means added value to you when buying or selling your home.
Terri was raised in the Denver Metro area, graduating from Aurora Central High School where she is still on their Athletics Wall of Fame as the 800 meter State Champion. After high school, Terri attended Colorado College, then the University of Kansas. As a Jayhawk, Terri was an athletic letter recipient in cross country and track, and set the school record in the 1500m run. She graduated from KU with a B.A. in Mathematics.
Terri believes in giving back to the community. She participates in A Precious Child’s annual Toy Drive and volunteers at Betty Adams Elementary School. Additionally, Terri partners financially with Children’s Hunger Fund with each real estate transaction.
Terri and her husband, Jamie, reside in Westminster, Colorado with their three dogs. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. On a day off you might find them on a golf course, a softball diamond, or traveling the globe to faraway destinations.
