Terrance Lee has been in the real estate business for over 17 years and specializes in residential sales at the RE/MAX Access office serving New Jersey, Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Terrance is a graduate of Edward W. Bok Technical High School (1998), resided in West Philadelphia for 20 years and currently resides in the Northeast section of Philadelphia. Terrance loves and plays all sports and loves to ride motorcycles. Terrance is an awesome family man and has a lovely wife and 3 beautiful children. Terrance attended Temple University where he received his real estate education, then moving on to successfully completing the CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold's Success Foundations training program. Terrance was named one of the TOP 100 CENTURY 21 Agents in the State of Pennsylvania for 2007 & 2013. Terrance has also received Multiple top-quality service awards. To further his career, Terrance joined RE/MAX Affiliates, Northeast in 2014 to 2021 and received several awards throughout his time there. Then Terrance Joined REMAX Access in December of 2021 to further his career and to further service his clients.
