About Me
Hi my name is Teri Smith and I am so excited to join Walt and Denise Fair and their team at RE/MAX Centex REALTORS in Waco, Texas. I have decided to continue follow my dreams of helping families find a place to call home in Central Texas. I have been in the real estate market for the past several years in East Texas and am so happy to be returning home and reconnecting with this community. Born and raised in the Waco area, I graduated from China Spring High School and received my marketing degree from Baylor University. Since then, I have enjoyed raising my daughters and overseeing marketing for Smith-Mankins Nissan.
I know that my past training and experience will be crucial in the successful marketing and sale of homes in the area. I love sports and I love being outdoors! Trips with family and friends are my favorite. My hobbies of being an amateur home decorator and photographer has given me the skill to visualize the potential in a new home or be able to assist you in making your current home more marketable.
I have two daughters that both graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. They are pursuing their own sales careers. Brooke Smith is a top producer at RE/MAX Centex in Waco, Texas. I am thrilled to be working along beside her. Blair Smith is enjoying her own success as a real estate agent at Monument Realty in Frisco, Texas. She is also the owner of the online boutique BEIGE by Blair.
