Teri has spent over 3 decades as a top producing agent in the competitive landscape of the San Antonio and Texas Hill Country real estate market, and has established a solid reputations as well-respected and highly innovative Realtor.
It always helps to have an experienced agent who knows the local area and is familiar with the ebb and flow of the real estate market. With the city expanding north to The Texas Hill Country, it's important to understand the growth areas and especially the demands created by today's low inventory. Teri keeps on top of the market and the trends.
Teri began her real estate career in San Antonio in 1983, and became a Broker at age 27. Always a go-getter, she co-owned a Real Estate Agency at a young age where she manage over 40 agents and staff. She became involved in Corporate Relocations and attended a Relocation Convention, where she met her husband Doug.
Soon after that, Teri moved to Atlanta, where Doug lived and was co-parenting two children. Teri restarted her career in Atlanta, had two children, and continued to be on top of her game. Doug soon joined Teri and they became a TEAM.
The kids grew up and so it was back to Texas to rejoin Teri's family. Teri always dreamed of living in the Hill Country on acreage, and the family settled in Canyon Lake, Texas in 2006. Teri and Doug joined RE/MAX Genesis and became the Broker/Owners in 2021.
Teri is very involved with their church, Rotary, multiple Chambers of Commerce, Blanco Women's Club, Stone Oak Women's Club, and many others.
Teri's favorite hobbies: Visiting Hill Country towns and Dance Halls, meeting people, and making new friends.
