About Me
I began my Real Estate Career in 1993, when I joined my parents, Sandy and Jerry Laine, taking over all operations and administrative duties at RE/MAX Champions in Spring. Through their expertise, I built a strong foundation to catapult my Real Estate career! In 1994, I got my RE License and joined RE/MAX Northwest to build my own business. My first year in the business I earned over 3 million in sales, and was awarded "Rookie of the Year" by RE/MAX of Texas. With RE/MAX, I have earned my Hall of Fame award, Lifetime Achievement award, and have been recognized as a top 100 agent in the Texas. The year 2020 was a challenging year for everyone, but through resilience, I was given the Platinum Award- closing over 10 million dollars in production. In 2020, my daughter, Shelby Waltz, obtained her RE license and is now work with me as a marketing specialist and buyer's agent. She is a true expert in social media, print marketing, and upcoming trends in the RE market! Together we can conquer anything!
