About Me
Real Estate has been my sole profession since 2004! Being a local resident and particular on understanding each state regulations, I felt it was important to study then test for each state, MD, PA & WV versus taking the easy route on a reciprocal license. I've personally owned properties in all three states and currently reside in Greencastle PA.
Outside of work, I'm married to a protocol test technician mechanical engineer (Bill), have a son in college (Brenton) and 3 Great Danes (Mack, Dozer and Piper)! I enjoy bonding with my clients especially if a similar or a horizon of interest is shared. You'll quickly learn that I'm outdoorsy and love most outside activities from Kayaking, Bass Fishing, Swimming, Sky Diving, and occasionally a muddy obstacle course. I grew up on a farm and was active with helping my Grandfather tend to various tasks. Assisting other businesses market is a passion. We always need more local small business owners and trades. Hard work is enjoyed!
My favorite organizations are the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County, Civil Air Patrol MD004, and Breast Cancer Awareness of Cumberland Valley (MD & PA).
