Susan's successful twenty-five-year career in real estate has been built through referrals from "raving fans" who have entrusted her with buying or selling what is often their most valuable asset. Susan is an Accredited Buyer Representative, Residential Listing Specialist, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York Association of Realtors, and the Dutchess County Association of Realtors. Susan has earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Award for 2023, which honors successful agents who have exceeded national production levels. In 2018 she was welcomed into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, a symbol of quality and professionalism in the RE/MAX network. She has consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and received the 2023 WCR Red Carpet Award – Women's Council of Realtors. She was recognized by DCAR at the 2022 Realtor Recognition Awards for her continued demonstration of Honesty, Hard Work, & Ethical practices. Susan's vast sales experience and intimate knowledge of the unique Dutchess County real estate market coupled with her comfortable yet tenacious approach to artfully guiding clients through what is often the most significant financial transaction of a lifetime has been paramount to her success. Her contagious enthusiasm, dedication, and belief in treating people with kindness and respect have been her guiding principles every day.
